Taean-gun set to attract startups, signing MOU with Chungnam Venture Association

(TAEAN=Yonhap News) Taean-gun, Chungnam is set out to attract startups in earnest.

Taean mayor signed an MOU with the chairman of Chungnam Venture Association for mutual cooperation at a meeting room, gun-office on August 14.

Chungnam Venture Association promised to induce investment in Taean when its members relocate or make new investment.

Taean-gun pledged to do its best in supporting administrative and financial support within the boundary of relevant legislation to help member companies to do their business smoothly.

The county, prior to the MOU signing, held an "IR session on Taean Business City" for members of Chungnam Venture Association, asking for active investment.

Taean mayor emphasized that "Taean offers cheap land appropriate for factory and great ecological environment," adding that "We will aggressively attract venture companies."

Chungnam Venture Association was founded in February 2001, currently has 250 venture companies as members.
