According to Yonhap News,

The city of Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province appears to jumpstart a project to establish an urban-high tech industrial cluster, set to settle in the nearby town of Jiksan. Cheonan city signed a business contract which covers detailed plans such as forming a TF to push for the project to make it ahead of the construction schedule, refurbishing local infrastructure and when to distribute, with Korea Land & Housing Corporation on Dec. 20.

The cluster, spanning 330,000m2 near Jiksan station, Gyeongbu Line, is expected to cost as much as KRW 157.6 billion and settle down by the year 2023. Once the construction is over, it would become a place showing off the state of art where ICT, auto parts, display technologies are being developed, while attracting young talents with full potential.
