The ICT ministry hosted the 3rd “Global Non-Contact IR” to help startups expand into the EU

The Ministry of Science and ICT hosted the second round of “Global Non-Contact IR” session, mainly targeting European VC investors on June 9th in a bid to help tech startups advance into the EU markets.

At the presence of 10 investors from eight countries- four corporate venture capitalists (CVCs) including Luxembourg’s Vodafone Group Pic, German wireless communications service provider, Deutsche Telekom AG and L’oreal Paris, along with six VC investors such as Portuguese BIBA Venture Partners- Korean startups showcased their technological innovation, appealing to potential partners.

The authorities unveiled a plan to host the event in the same format in China starting from July 7th. The theme for the web-based pitching session next month will be about smart city.
