According to Yonhap News,

UP F&B, a meat processing company specializing in chicken and pork, held a completion ceremony for its new plant at the Agro-Industrial Complex Specializing in New Meat Processing in Sintaein-eup, Jeongeup-si, Jeonbuk State on April 18.

UP F&B signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Jeongeup-si in 2022 to build a factory. The company built the factory with a total area of 4,212㎡ by investing KRW 35 billion of total project cost.

The factory will produce 25 tons of processed meat products a day from raw materials such as chicken and pork.

The company aims to make more than KRW 100 billion in annual sales with hiring 60 workers locally.

Dasol, the parent company of UP F&B, is specializing in the slaughter, processing, and distribution of livestock products. It makes annual sales of KRW 630 billion with 630 employees, and operates six businesses in Jeonbuk State.
