With diverse and distinctive private workation facilities across Jeju, Jeju Province operates the workation voucher program to expand support and promotion for Jeju workation. This voucher initiative aims to enable many companies to enjoy workation on the island at any time and place. The office voucher program offers a daily voucher of KRW 30,000 per person for up to 14 days for employees of companies in the capital region selected through the application process if they use private workation offices in Jeju. Additionally, employees receiving the voucher can also enjoy various leisure programs to achieve work-life balance and ample relaxation in Jeju's natural environment, using a leisure program voucher worth KRW 50,000 per person per week, up to two times.

Reducing Corporate Burden and Enhancing Employee Satisfaction

Jeju Province and the International Convention Center Jeju provide office and leisure program vouchers for companies in the capital area participating in Jeju workation. Currently, 18 private workation offices are operated by 18 businesses on the island, offering shared office spaces equipped with essential facilities for remote work, with plans for future expansion. 

The selection of companies eligible for Jeju workation office and leisure program vouchers is done through an application process. The vouchers provide support for office usage as well as leisure program participation, allowing employees to experience Jeju's natural environment and engage in various relaxation and experiential activities after work. The support includes a daily office usage fee of KRW 30,000 per person (for up to 14 days) and a leisure program fee of KRW 50,000 per person (up to two times), totaling KRW 520,000, thus alleviating the financial burden on companies. The workation and leisure program voucher initiative for companies in the capital area will be provided until the budget is depleted.

                         (companies outside of Jeju Province with 3 or more employees) / excluding public institutions
