On February 13, Ulsan-si and KOTRA Support Center, Ulsan announced that they will dispatch the Oceania Consumer Goods Market Development Team and receive applications from companies to participate by February 22.

This project aims to support the expansion of overseas sales channels of SMEs involved in the consumer goods, which is expected to revitalize the economy.

This market development team will hold export consultations with overseas buyers in Auckland, New Zealand on April 15-18, and hold a local promotion event in the third quarter of this year.

Eligible applicants are SMEs in the fields of consumer goods such as food, household goods, and cosmetics with business registration address in Ulsan.

The city and KOTRA Support Center in Ulsan plan to select 15 companies after evaluation on the possibility of arranging business meetings by the KOTRA Trade Center in Oakland.

If selected, participating companies will be assisted in maintenance of the contents of export consultations and video consultations with overseas buyers through the Ulsan Digital Trade Support Center.

The companies who want to participate can apply at the Ulsan Trade Support System (www.ultrade.kr ).
