All renewed website of the Foreign Investment Ombudsman’s Office!

The Office of Foreign Investment Ombudsman (OFIO) of KOTRA has completed the renewal of its official website (http://ombudsman.kotra.or.kr). The renewal was focused on the increased user convenience.

Thanks to the renewal, any foreign-invested companies can submit grievances and difficulties experienced during their business activities via the website in an easier and more convenient manner. Received grievances will be taken care of by OFIO’s Home Doctors within 48 hours. Not only that, users can easily find out about the latest legislative information on regulations related to foreign investors and if necessary, can submit any comments. For existing regulations, foreign investors can visit Regulatory Reform Sinmungo to suggest system improvement.
