ㅇThe Occupational Safety and Health Act prescribes that a business owner in the place of business with more than 100 permanent workers shall appoint a person who conducts general management of the business as “a person in charge of safety and health management” and that such person in charge of management shall obtain over six hours of new education and over six hours of continuing education each year. administrative fine not exceeding 5 million won. |
