The Amendment addresses a number of weaknesses that have emerged from the operation of the Notice on the Number of Game Product Installations at Non-Game Providing Business Establishments.

(2) Major Provisions

A. Given the current regulations prescribing that game products that may be installed by non-game providing business establishments shall be “game products permitted for use by all that does not offer free gifts,” standardize terms to state “game products permitted for use by all” under Article 2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Game Industry Promotion Act, and exclude game products that may be speculative (subparagraph 2, obligation item A)
