Prescribe matters concerning compliance inspections and corrective action to address compliance inspection findings (Articles 6 and 7, attached Tables 1 and 2)

- Specify compliance inspection items, and specify evaluation items and scores for each inspection item

- Specify procedures from the execution of a compliance inspection to the processing of the results of actions taken and allow applications to extend the deadlines for action

- Prescribe that where, as a result of an inspection, it is necessary to make improvements or corrections on site or modify or correct the risk management plan, an order shall be issued requiring corrective action to be taken within a 90-day period, and the results shall be submitted within 15 days
