This proposal seeks to expand the scope of application for anti-crime building standards to prevent crime in residential buildings and establish the safe living environment.

A. Make it mandatory to take anti-crime measures for multi-household and multi-family houses (amend Article 61-3)

To prevent crime in residential buildings and establish safe living environments, apply mandatory anti-crime requirements on multi-household houses, multi-family houses, tenement houses and apartments with less than 500 household units
