(1) Reasons for Proposal

The Amendment strengthens the transparency of rearrangement projects and promotes the reduced implementation times of rearrangement projects by deleting and adding minor matters concerning changes to the articles of association. It also modifies relevant provisions to improve the effectiveness of specialized managers of associations.

Add specialized managers of associations to the matters to be registered regarding associations (Article 36)

Strengthen requirements for modifying the rights of the executives of an association, and modify other minor matters concerning changes to the articles of association (Article 39)
