(1) Reasons for Proposal
The Amendment prescribes detailed matters concerning the recognition criteria for inadequate internet addiction prevention training under Article 30-7, paragraph 7 of the Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on National Informatization, and the method, content, etc., of special training for managers.

A. Recognition criteria for inadequate training (Article 2)

Prescribe criteria for inadequate internet addiction prevention training

B. Scope and roles of managers (Article 3)

Prescribe the scope of internet addiction prevention training managers for each target, and prescribe that managers shall perform such roles as the administration and operation of internet addiction prevention training and results submission

C. Special training for managers (Article 4)

Prescribe that managers of institutions falling under the recognition criteria for inadequate prevention training shall complete a special training course, and specify details concerning the method and content of the special training
