This proposal aims to provide a legal basis for sanctions against computation of unreasonable interest on a loan.

Article 24-4 (1) 6 and 7 of the Enforcement Decree, newly inserted.

7. Regarding a loan transaction, intentionally not reflecting information provided by the borrower, and computing and imposing an excessively high interest on the loan;
