This partial amendment aims to enhance safety by strengthening regular inspections with a focus on the field concerned, specifically by restricting licensed users from having consecutive self-inspections and documentary examinations in lieu of regular inspections.

A. Restriction on consecutive documentary inspections (the proviso of Article 88 (3))

1) Where a licensed user has substituted its regular inspection with a self-inspection, the next regular inspection shall not be substituted by a self-inspection.
