As the custom cosmetics sales business was newly incorporated with an amendment to the Cosmetics Act (Act No. 15488, promulgated on March 13, 2018, and enforced on March 14, 2020), these Requirements aim to define specific matters that custom cosmetics sellers must comply with for safety in mixing and division to enhance the appropriateness of the enforcement of the system.
