(1) Reason for Proposal

This amendment aims to support the smooth production activities of business operators and prevent national health deterioration and environmental pollution caused by water pollution through the stable operation of treatment facilities by timely replacing construction method apparatus (membrane bioreactors, etc.) that directly affect the quality of treated water.

(2) Major Provision

Provide a standard for calculating replacement and supplementary costs considering the service life of construction method apparatus (membrane bioreactors, etc.) applied to public wastewater treatment facilities.
