As the detailed standards are delegated to the Ministry of Labor's notice, defining door-to-door sellers who are regularly engaged in the door-to-door sales business as the special types of employment under Article 125 (Scope, etc. of Persons in Special Types of Employment) of the Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, the enactment aims to establish the criteria for persons who are regularly engaged in the door-to-door sales business, taking into account the income level and the number of working days as follows:

A. A person whose business income received from one door-to-door sales business entity is 521,700 won or more per month 

B. A person engaged in door-to-door sales for 18 or more days for one door-to-door sales business entity 

C. A person whom door-to-door sales business entity reports to the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation as a door-to-door seller, acknowledging him/her as being regularly engaged in the door-to-door sales business
