(1) Reasons for Proposal

Create an environment for consumers like children to check nutrient and allergy information and consume food at food establishments by increasing the sales outlets subject to mandated indications of the nutritional ingredients of food from the franchisor of more than 100 outlets to over 50 under the Fair Transactions in Franchise Business Act.

A. Increase the sales outlets subject to mandated indications of the nutritional ingredients and potential allergies to the franchisor of more than 50 outlets under the 「Fair Transactions in Franchise Business Act (Article 8).
