(1) Reasons for Proposal
This proposal aims to prescribe detailed types of and criteria applicable to unfair labeling and advertising of objects of brokerage in accordance with the enforcement of Article 18-2 (4) and (5) of the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act and Article 17-3 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act as of August 21, 2020.

A. Prescribe the scope of application regarding unfair labeling and advertising of objects of brokerage (Article 3)
B. Prescribe detailed criteria regarding nonexistent or false labeling and advertising (Article 5)
C. Prescribe detailed criteria regarding false or exaggerated labeling and advertising (Article 6)
D. Prescribe detailed criteria regarding deceptive labeling and advertising (Article 7)
