This Partial Amendment aims to add a testing method on emission reduction efficiency in replacement exhaust emission reduction devices for in-use two-wheeled motor vehicles* (“catalyst”) to testing methods on emission reduction efficiency in replacement exhaust emission reduction devices for in-use motor vehicles (vehicles powered by gasoline, natural gas, and diesel) under Article 60 of the Clean Air Conservation Act and Article 82 of the Enforcement Rule thereof.

* Such vehicles are included in the types of motor vehicles pursuant to Article 2, subparagraph 13, item (a) of the Clean Air Conservation Act (attached Table 5 of the Enforcement Rule of the Clean Air Conservation Act)
