(1) Reasons for Proposal
These Regulations aim to improve and complement the shortcomings that have emerged in the operation of the system, such as the rise of energy efficiency standards for some items of efficiency management machinery, equipment, or materials such as electric refrigerators and the presentation of mid- to long-term target energy efficiency.
