(1) Reasons for Proposal

With amendments to the Aviation Safety Act, the Enforcement Decree of the Aviation Safety Act, and the Enforcement Rule of the Aviation Safety Act, this Regulation aims to specify things to consider during administrative disposition review and improve and supplement shortcomings found in the administrative disposition process.

(2) Major Provisions

A. Create matters about safety data and privacy under the Aviation Safety Act and the State Safety Program (Notice) (Article 7 paragraph 3 and Article 11 paragraph 2)

B. Improve the administrative disposition review and resolution method and define how to make a decision when votes for and against an agenda item are evenly split (Article 10 paragraph 2)
