These Guidelines define matters required to prevent and protect the outflow of industrial technologies including national core technologies in accordance with Article 8 (Formulation of Guidelines for Protection) of the Act on Prevention of Divulgence and Protection of Industrial Technology and Article 10 (Formulation of Guidelines for Protection) of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Prevention of Divulgence and Protection of Industrial Technology (the “Decree”).
