(1) Reasons for Proposal

This Amendment aims to supplement shortcomings observed so far by preparing on-site inspection items and the minimum quantities required to prepare better underground safety impact assessment reports during underground development projects under the 1st Master Plan for Underground Safety Management (2020-2024).

(2) Major Provisions

A. Define required items for basic examinations conducted during underground safety impact assessment and small-scale underground safety impact assessment (Articles 9 and 18, and attached Table 12 newly inserted).
