(1) Reasons for Proposal

This Partial Amendment aims to expand the scope of those subject to transportation safety inspections, which are conducted on trucking business operators for whom any traffic accident occurs, in an effort to improve the safety of business vehicles including passenger transport and trucks.

(2) Major Provisions

A. Expand the scope of those subject to transportation safety inspections, which are conducted on any mode of transport for which any traffic accident occurs under Article 33 paragraph 6 of the Traffic Safety Act (Article 20 paragraph 3 subparagraph 2 amended).
