(1) Reasons for Proposal

The Amendment aims to reflect the duties such as the installation and sign and posting of inspection charge of the designated general inspection and maintenance operators regulated under the Notice in the upper laws and clarify the regulations applied to cumulative violations for aggravated administrative dispositions so as to enhance the administrative adequacy. 

(2) Major Provisions

A. Newly establish duties of the designated general inspection and maintenance operators (Article 16 (4) and attached Table 2-2).

B. Specify the standards for the application of administrative dispositions for cumulative violations (attached Table 4).
