(1) Reasons for Proposal

This Partial Amendment aims to define the types and operation and management standards of prevention facilities, to which Internet of Things (IoT) measuring instruments are attached, newly establish permissible emission levels for 8 specified hazardous air pollutants whose permissible emission levels are not set for emission facilities, and improve and supplement some shortcomings in the current system.

(2) Major Provisions

A. Define 6 types of cyclone facilities, to which IoT measuring instruments are attached, and determine 4 types of IoT measuring instruments including wattmeter, differential pressure meter, thermometer, and hygrometer (Article 37-3 and attached Table 9-2 newly inserted).

B. Newly insert permissible emission levels by emission facility for 8 specified hazardous air pollutants including aniline (attached Table 8 subparagraph 2 item (a) 1) and item (b) 1) newly inserted). 

C. Newly insert the operation and management standards of prevention facilities, to which IoT measuring instruments are attached (attached Table 9 subparagraph 3 newly inserted).
