This Rule aims to specify matters required to implement the Chemical Accident Prevention and Management Plan under Article 23 of the Chemical Substances Management Act. 

(2) Major Provisions

A. Consists of 32 Articles, 3 Addenda, 1 attached Table, and 8 attached Forms.

B. Define the purpose of the Notice and provide definitions for terminologies.

C. Define implementation and change management, implementation inspection, and recipients and details for the Notice in the local community.
