(1) Reasons for Proposal

This Partial Amendment aims to set annual goals for low-emission and zero-emission motor vehicles which motor vehicle sellers must disseminate under Article 58-2 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Clean Air Conservation Act.

(2) Major Provisions

A. Insert changes to the title and definition of provisions concerning the goals to disseminate zero emission motor vehicles (Title, Articles 1, 2, 3, and 4).

B. Set low-emission and zero-emission motor vehicle dissemination goals for next year (attached Table 1).

C. Change the method of calculating dissemination performance by vehicle to rationalize the score by vehicle and clarify terminologies (attached Table 2).
