This Amendment aims to expand the scope of safety management for portable laser products to ensure safety for consumers, reference international standards in required labeling information, and supplement safety standards.

 (Scope) Expand the scope of safety management from laser pointers and toys to portable laser daily life products (wavelength range: 400-700 nm)*

* Except for products under other laws (Electrical Appliance and Consumer Products Safety Control Act, Medical Devices Act, etc.) or not for daily life such as industrial, business, performance, or military

 (Labeling information referenced from international standards) Reference applicable international standards (KS C IEC 60825-1) for warning labels and cautions*

* Safety instructions, laser output, laser beam outlet locations
