a. Abolishment of obligation to present a motor vehicle registration certificate when applying for comprehensive inspection and reinspection (Articles 4 and 7 of Draft)
Abolishing the obligation to present a motor vehicle registration certificate at the time of comprehensive vehicle inspection and reinspection is aimed at allowing drivers who wish to undergo vehicle inspection to do so without carrying a motor vehicle registration certificate with them.
b. Preparation of disposition standards for non-completion of training for technical personnel of automobile inspection (Subparagraph 2, Attached Table 4 of Draft)
There was no sanction for technical personnel not receiving training; in response thereto, it is prescribed that they may be dismissed or suspended from their duties if they do not receive training on automobile inspection without justifiable reasons.
c. Clarification of the period of application of cumulative order for aggravated disposition (Attached Table 4 of Draft)
Clearly stipulate the relevant regulations so that a disposition rendered two years prior to the date of discovery of an act of violation is not reflected when determining an order of aggravated disposition
