a. The materials of exclusive containers for mercury shall be limited to carbon steel or stainless steel products, which do not react with mercury at room temperature (Article 3 of the bill).
b. The size and capacity of a container shall be 1 metric ton or less; the size and capacity prior to initial production shall be decided through consultation with the National Institute of Environmental Research (Article 4 of the bill).
c. The exclusive container for mercury shall satisfy the conditions for its safety (Article 5 of the bill).
d. Mercury shall be put in a container by up to 80%, and at least 20% of the top space of the container shall be emptied in order to accommodate the thermal expansion of mercury when storing mercury in the container (Article 6 of the bill).
