1. Reason for revision

It is intended to establish the regulations on standard contract and moisture meter application for construction of objective inspection system such as wastepaper purchase procedure, etc. of designated waste paper recycling companies and for improvement to transparent distribution structure.

A. Standard contract and moisture meter application of designated waste paper recycling company (Establishment of Article 5-2, Appendix Table 1 Remark 4, Appendix Table 1-2, and Appendix Table 1-3 of draft)

If priority-control waste paper companies make standard contracts on management of waste paper supply and use and supply their customers with wastepaper according to such contracts, they shall measure moisture of waste paper using moisture meters and notify the measurements to their contract parties.
