1. Reason for revision

As Living Logistics Service Industry Development Act was established (Act No. 17911, promulgation on January 26, 2021, and enforcement on July 27, 2021) and legislation of Enforcement Decree thereof (draft) was announced (May 13, 2021), it is intended to prescribe the matters such as detailed standard on certification, marking of certification, obligatory matters, organization, and operation of certification review agency, and regular check, etc. delegated by the Enforcement Decree thereof (draft) and the matters needed for execution thereof.
