ㅇ The standard for repair, cleaning, and removal of gas facilities is stated for business operators and users of general group supply facilities, LPG selling facilities, LPG storage facilities, and utilization facilities in LPG charge facilities and LPG group supply facilities.

- Where, it is aimed at stating the standard for repair, cleaning, and removal of regulators and pipes among factories omitted when legislating LPG pipeline supply facilities.

K. Addition of gas supplier safety checklists to meet the liability for carbon dioxide alarms (Appendix Table 15 and Form 27 of the draft)

ㅇ There was liability to install carbon dioxide alarms when installing gas boilers, etc. in LPG utilization facilities (August 5, 2020); in the case of new specific LPG utilization facilities, however, installation of carbon dioxide alarms is checked by Korea Gas Safety Corporation.

- Where, in case of those that do not belong to specific LPG utilization facilities or modification work, which is not the subject of final inspection, installation of carbon dioxide alarms is checked when checking the safety of gas suppliers.

L. Clarification of aggravated disposition for times of violation and accumulated times in case of administrative disposition (Appendix Table 8 of the draft)

ㅇ As there was possible infringement of people’s right because the interpretation of aggravated disposition was different when imposing administrative disposition according to the recommendations of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (March 2021), clarifying the standard for aggravated disposition is sought by recommending the revision.
