1. Reason for proposal

The aim is to decide the details for the operation of evaluation apparatuses to check the safety performance of charging and accurate measurement of charged hydrogen in hydrogen car charging stations, to secure the safety of hydrogen car charging stations through such details, and to seek the fair trade, etc. of hydrogen by checking for measurement errors.

2. Main content

 A. Evaluation apparatuses for the application of special standard are prescribed, and operators of evaluation apparatuses are decided as the agencies and enterprises related to charging performance and measurement (Articles 2 and 3 of the draft). 

 B. The safety standard to be satisfied by evaluation apparatuses to approve the hydrogen charging of evaluation apparatuses in hydrogen car charging stations is established, including liability for checking safety (Article 4 and 5 of the draft).
