The aim is to establish a disclosure system of the same foreign affiliated companies, to exclude small-scale unlisted companies from liability for disclosure, to reflect the improved self-disclosure system such as establishment of disclosure of transaction situation with public interest corporations, and to revise sentences at the level of improving the acts and subordinate statutes.
