1. Reason for revision: It is required to prevent unfair acts by providing the basis for making persons who committed acts aimed at hindering fair trials including fabrication, illegality, and intentional gross negligence bear the judgment costs.

2. Main contents:

ㅇ A proviso is established so that agent commission may be requested with inclusion in the judgment cost to be borne in case of unfair acts falling under any of the items for the case between parties (“Proviso” of Article 9(2) of the draft).

ㅇ Cases of unfair acts are shown in the items (Article 9, Subparagraph 2, Item A and B of the draft).
