1. Reason for proposal

With the Act on the Formation and Cultivation of Green Convergence Clusters (Act No. 18235, enforced on December 16, 2021) established for the creation and cultivation of advanced technologies including green industries, etc. by supporting R&D and demonstration through the integration and convergence of green industries and related green industries, the aim is to decide matters legally delegated in relation to the range of green industries and conditions for designation of green innovative enterprises, professional research institutions, and professional manpower cultivation agencies prescribed in the Act.
