1. Reason for amendment

   As the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act (Act No. 18038, Amendment on April 13, 2021, Enforcement on April 14, 2022) was amended for the adoption of SME retirement pension fund system and organization of the Reserve Fund Management Committee, etc., the aim is to establish legally delegated matters and matters needed for the enforcement of the Act.

 C. Matters on administrative fines in case there are no measures to solve the insufficient reserve fund

 E. Matters on the evaluation of and procedure for retirement pension business operators

 F. Matters on the strengthening of recruiter refresher training and addition of principal and interest guarantee products
