1. Purpose of revision of the provisions

A.   As issues of overlapped insurance and insurance money leaks are raised in relation to indemnity insurance, there is a need to identify the detailed situation of indemnity insurance policy holders.

2. Main contents of revised provisions

A.  Establishment of work report in relation to the situation of indemnity insurance policy holders (Draft for [Appendix 5])

 ◦ Establishment of form of work report on the number of overlapped indemnity insurance policy holders (semiannually) and number of policy holders in every section of insurance money payment (yearly), etc.
