1. Reason for proposal and main contents

  The aim is to exempt disposable cups, which are the subjects of application of the resource circulation guarantee money system adopted to promote the collection and recycling of disposable cups, from the subjects for imposition of waste charge and to minimize the use of disposable wet tissues being used in food service stores by putting them in disposable goods in order to prevent environmental pollution and wastage of resources caused by the use of disposable goods.
