1. Reason for amendment

If waste electric/electronic products are used as recycled raw materials to manufacture electric/electronic products, the corresponding quantity is deemed the corresponding recycling performance to reduce the obligatory recycling quantity, but the aim is to reduce the obligatory recycling quantity when not only waste electric/electronic products but also other waste products are used to manufacture electric/electronic products and to establish detailed regulations on the quantity calculation standard for obligatory recycling and obligatory collection of solar panels and recycling unit cost, etc.

2. Main contents

 A. Expansion of subjects for the reduction of obligatory recycling quantity from the performance of recycled raw materials of current waste electronic products to the performance of recycled raw materials of all waste products (Draft for Article 15-2.3 and 15-2.4)

 B. Establishment of calculation equations for the obligatory recycling quantity of solar panels differently from the current electronic products (49 kinds) (Draft for 15-2.6, 15-2.7, and Table 3-4)

C. Revision for the establishment of calculation equations for the obligatory collection quantity of solar panels differently from the current electronic products (49 kinds) and for amendment from the yearly public notification of the previous year’s purchase strategy to public notification of the current total quantity divided into product groups (Draft for 15-6.2 and 15-6.4)
