2. Reasons for Modification

□This amendment is a follow-up measure to the Improvement Plan for the Interest Rate Information Disclosure System (July 6, 2022), which aims to enhance the information accessibility of financial consumers by expanding the disclosure of interest rate information, such as comparative disclosure of interest rate spreads.

3. Details of Changes in Provisions

□Inserted new provisions to disclose monthly interest rate spreads based on the average loan and household loans for each bank

◦Stipulated that detailed items (saving deposit interest rate, average loan/household/business loan interest rates) of the calculation of interest rate spreads also be disclosed through the website of the Korea Federation of Banks

□Change the disclosure standards for household loan interest rates from internal credit ratings to credit ratings of credit bureaus (CBs) and also, disclose interest rate spreads, classified by the CB's credit score
