1. Reasons for Amendment

This amendment aims to insert new provisions and stipulate the items to be written in the appraisal report in order to improve the adequacy of appraisals and appraisal report quality in the absence of provisions on the preparation of an appraisal report when appraising pursuant to the transaction case comparison method and to improve and supplement the shortcomings of the current system by stipulating the appraisal method for machinery and equipment.

2. Major Provisions

A. For appraisals and evaluations pursuant to the transaction case comparison method, specify that the contents of the comparison case selection, etc., be recorded in the appraisal report (Article 13 (3) 3).

B. Define the appraisal method for machinery and equipment (Article 19-2).
