Amendment
As
the Food Industry Promotion Act was amended (No. 18532 and No. 18883) to secure
effectiveness of follow-up management of Korean food masters, it aims to
prepare matters prescribed in the Enforcement Rules of the Food Industry
Promotion Act

A.
Unify the terms related to Korean food masters (Article 10)
B.
Reinforce the items to be stated when using markings of Korean food masters
(Article 10, Attached Table 1-2)
C.
Establish detailed criteria and procedures for administrative disposition
regarding violation of marking standards (Article 10-2, Attached Table 1-5)
D.
Deregulate criteria for traditional food quality certification review (Attached
Table 2, subparagraph 2, item e)
E.
Rationalize the processing deadline related to the designation of Korean food
masters, etc. (Attached Form 2)
F.
Improve the format and modify the wording of the report on the activities
status of Korean food masters, etc. (Attached Form 3)
