1. Reasons for Re-enactment
During the legislation deliberation process of the Korea Ministry of
Government Legislation, some major changes were made to the amendment bill, so
this amendment aims to pre-announce the reappeal in accordance with Article 41
(4) of the Administrative Procedures Act.
2. Major Provisions
A. Provide a registration system for institutions using lifelong education
vouchers and add a change registration procedure when changing registration
details (Article 16-4 (1) newly inserted)
B. Specify cases in which the registration of an institution that uses
lifelong education vouchers may be canceled and accordingly, establish a
hearing procedure (Articles 16-4 (3) and 43 (1) newly inserted)
C. Establish a basis for delegating and entrusting the reception of registrations
of institutions that use lifelong education vouchers to the National Institute
for Lifelong Education (New Article 44 (2) 2 newly inserted)
D. Provide a legal basis so that the National Institute for Lifelong
Education may support the evaluation and accreditation of courses of study
under the lifelong education account system (Article 19 (4) 9 revised)
