1. Reasons for Amendment
To promote packaging material quality and structures that are easy to recycle, this amendment excludes packaging materials for which an easily recyclable alternative material is available from the scope of items exempted from labeling of evaluation results.
2. Major Provisions
A. Delete “paper cartons lined with aluminum foil” from the scope of items exempted from labeling of evaluation results.
