1. Reasons for Amendment

Pursuant to Article 3 (1) 12-2 of the Public Service Ethics Act and Articles 3 (4) 3, (5) 20 and 6 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, the scope of public-related organizations dealing with real estate-related work or information and public-related organizations with real estate-related departments is determined and applied from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023

2. Major Provisions

A. Local government-invested public corporations and local public agencies falling under Article 3 (4) 3 of the Enforcement Decree of the Public Service Ethics Act (15 institutions)

B. Public-service-related organizations falling under Article 3 (5) 20 of the Enforcement Decree of the Public Service Ethics Act (85 institutions)
